Project 5 Color Schemes

Project began as usual pick a piece of artwork either from online when you have created and begin to create a color scheme with it.

I usually sketch during class even though I shouldn’t but if I don’t I usually begin to drift off in thought and don’t listen. One of the few things I’ve learnt to keep myself from not taking in information. Anyways here was the sketch I chose.

Now from here I had to make it into a value and shade it in.

From here I had to trace it and make it into a contour map. These I had to make 4 more of to create Monochromatic, Complementary Colors, Color = Value, and a color scheme of my own choosing.

 

From here I had to begin my Monochromatic Coloring. I chose Red. 

 

Complementary color – Green – Why not its festive right?………right you guys? guys?!

 

Then comes our Color = Value design.

 

And then I chose to pick out Tetradic Scheme which is a rectangle color scheme that includes the colors RED, GREEN,ORANGE and BLUE.
